In the injection, extrusion and blowing processes, the masterbatch ensures that the machine is fed into the throat with precise ratios.
There is a monitoring glass in the part connected to the machine throat. Thus, the masterbatch feed time and amount can be monitored from the glass chamber.
The speed of the masterbatch feed screw is automatically adjusted by its control panel according to the suction time and speed of the injection screw.
