FUNCTION AND ADVANTAGES

The material to be milled is fed to the center of the hard disk with a vibrating feed unit and the other high-speed rotating disc grinds the material. The purpose of the vibratory system is to adjust the amount of material fed according to the condition of the material between the discs.

This type of disc shredders is used for grinding medium-hard, impact-resistant and brittle materials by turning at high speed and precision. During grinding, the automatic cooling system is activated. There are 2 separate cooling systems

In the first cooling system; the cooling water is circulated between the channels of the discs.
In the second cooling system, water is pulverized to the place where the material enters between the discs. The sprayed water evaporates by heating the material. Therefore, moisture does not occur in the resulting material.

Thanks to these 2 cooling systems, there is no burning and yellowing problem in the powdered material.
