FUNCTION AND ADVANTAGES

ZERMA ZRS shredders are used to shred 6-meter pipes from the chamber. Suitable for all kinds of pipes up to 1500 mm diameter. The 6 m pipe is pushed into the ZRS shredder with a hydraulic pusher.

Ideal blade structure
The blades on the rotors are designed to be square and have four corners. When the blade is worn, the blade is removed and rotated 90 ° to continue working with the other corner. Most importantly, the design is suitable for cutting material easily. This reduces heat build- ings and the material deterioration during the disintegration of the material.

Hydraulic Pusher System

The hopper's hopper can be adapted for various applications. However, the standard reservoir is designed to allow manual feeding of bulky bulky items as well as overfeeds by tilting.
