The blades on the rotors are made of specially designed and hardened materials. Its design is easy to cut rubber material.
Hydraulic Pusher System
(pile driver) A material driven by a hydraulic drive system is available to disassemble the material thrown into the chamber's hopper by the rotor. The knurled plate of the ram presses the material against the rotor and disintegrates the material by the rotor.
The hopper's hopper can be adapted for various applications. However, the standard reservoir is designed to allow manual feeding of bulky bulky items as well as overfeeds by tilting. Feeding the reservoir too much will mean to ensure maximum utilization of the production as it means to keep the rotor pressed continuously on the rotor. As the machine is fully automatic, it is not possible to feed the machine above its capacity.
