FUNCTION AND ADVANTAGES
CRUSHMASTER Q SERIES single shaft breakers have been developed as machines for heavy-duty applications. Wedges, large hollow parts, film, fiber and paper, such as different sizes of materials up to 20 mm and is used to break up. Q series single shaft shredders are characterized by different rotor options and innovative control panel, which are specially designed for different material types. The improved and patented ram feed (hydraulic propellant) is just one of the unique features of the CRUSHMASTER Q SERIES shredder range.

Ideal blade structure

Different rotor options
Crushmaster Q series shredders have various rotor design equipment. Thanks to the flexibility of design, it is possible to break down all material types. Rotors can also be developed and modified for different special applications. For abrasive applications, for example, the rotor may be coated with hard material.

Mounted on the Q-Series shredder, the externally-powered heavy-duty bearings allow for easier rotor replacement. An optional water cooling system can also be added for rotors and bearings.

The rotor E is the widest and most versatile field of application for its Q series machines. It is suitable for almost all materials, from bulky and hollow parts to wedges. The blade holders are fixed to the rotor by placing them in the holes drilled onto the rotor and the screws can be removed and removed from the rotor. They are used for cutting corners of square blades.
