    FUNCTION AND ADVANTAGES
    ZERMA ZSS single shaft shredders have been developed as machines with the highest level of strength for heavy duty applications. Wedges, large hollow parts, film, fiber and paper, such as different sizes of materials up to 20 mm and is used to break up. ZSS series single shaft shredders are characterized by different rotor options and innovative control panel, which are specially designed for different material types.     Complete system solution
    ZERMA ZSS series single shaft breakers have a wide range of applications and can be adapted to meet customer requirements to meet virtually any application. The robust and heavy load conveyors and the heavy-duty series crusher that will be placed at the outlet of the shredder can be supplied with complete system solutions addressing all types of crushing requirements.

    Ideal blade structure
    The blades on the rotors are designed to be square and have four corners. When the blade is worn, the blade is removed and rotated 90 ° to continue working with the other corner. Most importantly, the design is suitable for cutting material easily. This reduces heat build- ings and the material deterioration during the disintegration of the material.

    Different rotor options
    ZSS series shredders have various rotor design equipment. Thanks to the flexibility of design, it is possible to break down all material types. Rotors can also be developed and modified for different special applications. For abrasive applications, for example, the rotor may be coated with hard material. Heavy duty bearings with external engine mounted on the ZSS shredder allow easier rotor change.

    An optional water cooling system can also be added for rotors and bearings.

    The rotor E is the widest and most versatile field of application for ZSS machines. It is suitable for almost all materials, from bulky and hollow parts to wedges. The blade holders are fixed to the rotor by placing them in the holes drilled onto the rotor and the screws can be removed and removed from the rotor. They are used for cutting corners of square blades.

    Hydraulic Pusher System
